EXCLUSIVE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
This is real teacher training, not a quick qualification. Our 200+ hour programme is designed to build confident, capable teachers through in-person learning, hands-on experience, and clear, practical teaching. If you’re ready to commit, train properly, and develop your own authentic voice as a yoga teacher, this is where it starts.
Focused, in-depth sessions that go beyond a regular class. Our workshops zoom in on specific themes, giving you time to explore, ask questions, and really understand what you’re doing. Ideal if you want to refine your practice, build confidence, or spend longer with a topic that genuinely interests you.
Learning doesn’t stop once you’re certified. Our continuing education courses help teachers deepen their knowledge, sharpen their skills, and keep evolving. From anatomy and sequencing to finding your own teaching voice, these trainings support long-term growth, curiosity, and confidence as an instructor.

Asana Lab Training was born out of frustration with the watered-down yoga education ecosystem and a relentless drive to make something better.
We don’t hand out certificates for showing up. We train people who actually know what they’re doing. Every student meets the full demands of our program. Attendance alone doesn’t cut it and no one graduates until they’ve earned it.
Our instructors leave ready to teach from day one, able to deliver intelligently sequenced classes that work for a wide range of students. We understand every body is different, and the one-size-fits-all approach to training doesn’t cut it and often misses the mark. We offer real-life experience of teaching throughout the course so students can build confidence as they are learning. We also keep our cohorts small to allow for a more in-depth, collaborative experience which will accelerate confidence and allow us to cover even more content within the course.
We respect tradition, but we don’t worship it blindly. We strip away the confusion and focus on what actually works physically, mentally, and professionally.
Why it matters is simple:
The world doesn’t need more teachers who just get by and do a yoga training because it looks easy or because they need more pocket money. It needs teachers who know their stuff, teach with confidence, and make a real difference.
